Where do I put this in WordPress?
1. Set the destination. Select your heading block. In its settings, open Advanced → HTML anchor and paste the anchor, without #.
2. Make the link. Select the text you want to link, choose the link tool, and paste the #link. For another page, add it to that page’s full address.
Use a unique anchor for each destination on a page. This tool formats text; it does not change your WordPress page. It keeps English letters, numbers, and underscores; other characters become hyphens.
